[직무내용]

1. Product Management 상품기획 및 관리

- Promotion & Product development in MINI Brand through collaboration with NSC/Sales Department

-판매사/세일즈팀과 협업을 통한 MINI 브랜드 상품/프로모션 개발

- System Improvement for product management (CR)

- 상품 관리를 위한 시스템 개선 업무의 총괄

- Steer Product Meeting with Management team

- 경영진과 진행하는 상품 운영 회의 주관

- Support Corporate sales team(Direct) (Product/Quotation, etc.)

- 법인판매팀 지원 업무 (상품/견적 등)

- Communication with external stakeholders (F&I managers, Dealers)

- 외부 커뮤니케이션 (금융담당자 및 딜러사)

2. Product Governance & Compliance

- K-SOX/ICS/OpRisk Delegate

- Product Management팀 회계감사/내부통제/운영위험관리 담당자

- T&C management including E-Form

- 약정서 및 상품약관 관리 (전자계약 포함)

- TPSP/Product Guideline management

- 상품서비스 전략 및 상품 가이드라인 관리

3. Reporting : Sales and performance data analysis / Daily / Monthly / ad-hoc reports

- 영업 및 마케팅 관련 데이터 분석 및 보고서 생성 (일별/월별/비정기)

4. Operation process management : Direct cost settlement

- 프로모션 비용 정산 등 운영 프로세스 총괄

[지원자격]

- Equal or above bachelor degree

- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the automotive industry, experience in financial product is preferred

- Good understanding of financial products and profitability structure is preferred

- Proficient data analysis & documentation skills (MS Office / SAS / SQL)
