[직무내용]

• 금융소비자보호 업무
• 민원처리 및 보고 (금감원, 한국소비자원 포함)
• 민원공시 및 소비자정보포털 (홈페이지) 관리
• 금융소비자보호 내부통제 업무 지원

[지원자격]

• Min. of 1 yr experience within financial industry.
• Preference with work experience in consumer protection
• Excellent telephone and written communication skills.
• Understanding of automobile financial industry system and processes preferred.
• Knowledge of Financial consumer protection Act. 
• High OA Skill (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access)
