[직무내용]

- Steer Risk/Collection relevant KPIs and topics.

신용/잔가 리스크 및 Collection 관련 KPI 및 topic 관리

- Perform ad-hoc deep down analysis on Risk relevant topics.

리스크 관련 비정기적인 topic 발생 시 세부분석 및 대응방안 수립

- Submit monthly Credit/RV provision closing result via leasing standard tool and IFRS9 system.

월별 신용/잔가 리스크 충당금 마감

- Steer Risk relevant indicators including provision, standard risk cost and delinquency.

충당금 및 신규취급예상손실, 연체율 등 관련 지표 산출 및 모니터링

- Support and review annual PD/LGD validation for provision and standard risk cost.

리스크팀에서 산정한 PD/LGD update 결과 리뷰 및 산출 지원

- Perform quarterly write-off review requested by Collection.

Collection팀의 분기별 대손상각 요청에 대한 리뷰 및 승인

- Perform FEP(Finance and Exposure Planning) analysis for treasury funding needs.

유동성 리스크 및 이자율 리스크 관련 topic 대응 및 지원

- Involve and support any topic relevant to liquidity and Interest rate risk relevant topics.

자금조달 관련 조달 필요금액 분석 및 본사 제출

- Equity Planning and dividend payout analysis.

증자, 배당 관련 자본 분석 및 모니터링

- HQ communication regarding Risk Controlling topics.

리스크 관련 본사 재무관리와의 communication

- Forecast/Budget planning regarding Risk cost and Funding cost.

리스크 및 자금조달 관련 연간 예측 및 사업계획 수립

[지원자격]

- 5 ~10 years experience in Controlling or Risk Management sector in financial business.

- Work experience in Risk management preferred

- CFA, FRM preferred.

- Strong knowledge on finance and risk management.

- Good English communication skill is mandatory for HQ communication.

- Strong data analytics skill with Excel mandatory and preferred SAS/SQL
