[직무내용]

1.Product Management

- Product development in Multi-Make Brand through collaboration with Sales Department

(세일즈팀과 협업을 통한 BMW그룹 차량 외 타브랜드(Multi-Make) 상품(신차, 중고차 및 재고금융) 개발과 관리 업무를 주도적으로 수행하게 됩니다.)

- System Improvement for product management (CR)

(상품 관리를 위한 시스템 개선 업무를 수행합니다.)

- Promotion development by Sales Channel

(지점/ 파트너사 등 영업 채널별 특성을 고려한 프로모션을 기획합니다.)

- Steer Product Meeting with Management team (정기적(분기별)으로 경영진과 진행하는 상품 회의를 운영합니다.)

- Manage Business volume and profitability to achieve target

(목표 달성을 위해 신규취급액과 수익성을 관리하는 업무를 수행합니다.)

- Communication with internal/external stakeholders (Area managers, F&I managers, Partnersetc.,)

(내/외부 세일즈채널(Area manager, 금융담당자 및 제휴점 등)과 지속적으로 소통하고 업무를 지원합니다.)

2.Product Governance & Compliance

- Customer Protection Delegate (of department)

(소비자보호팀과의 협조를 통해 관련 법령을 준수하고 미비한 부분에 대한 개선업무를 수행합니다.)

- TPSP/Product Guideline management

(그룹 본사 및 한국 시장의 상품서비스 전략과 상품 가이드라인을 관리합니다.)

- Tasks to comply Regulation & Guideline

(관련 규제 및 법령, 가이드라인 등의 변동 또는 이슈가 발생하는 경우 대응하는 업무를 수행합니다.)

3.Reporting : Sales and performance data analysis / Daily / Monthly / ad-hoc reports

(영업 및 마케팅 관련 데이터 분석 및 보고서 생성 (일별/월별/비정기)

[지원자격]

- Equal or above bachelor degree (학사 또는 이상의 학위)

- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the automotive industry, experience in financial product is preferred

(자동차 업권 최소 5년 이상 경력자, 금융 상품 관련 경력 우대)

- Good understanding of financial products and profitability structure is preferred

(금융 상품 및 수익 구조에 대한 이해 선호)

- Proficient data analysis & documentation skills (MS Office / SAS / SQL)

(데이터 분석 및 Documentation 능력 (MS Office / SAS / SQL))

- Fluent English communication skill is preferred

(영어 커뮤니케이션 능통자 선호)
